What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files websites place on your device. Silent Hour is designed to minimize them. Most of what we use is local storage (similar purpose, different technology) for your sessions, journal, and settings — that data stays on your device and is not used for advertising.
What we use

What we do not use

Third-party fonts
If Google Fonts are loaded, your browser may request font files from Google. That request is for typography only and is not used by Silent Hour to track your practice. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Mobile apps
Native iOS and Android builds store practice data on your device using app storage mechanisms, not browser cookies. App store platforms may use their own identifiers for downloads and updates under their policies.
Your choices
- Clear data: Settings → Data Management in the app, or clear site data in your browser
- Uninstall: Removing the PWA or app deletes local storage on that device
- Browser controls: You can block cookies in browser settings; blocking may affect PWA install or offline cache
Changes
We may update this policy if our storage practices change. The date at the top will reflect the latest version.
